Cheese!

Here is Alexa with her splint. She has a hard time staying off of it, she tried to ride her Rody anyway.
And I made mozzerella and ricotta cheese today. They are fairly simple to make. The ricotta is made from the whey left over from the mozerella. Then I made pizza crust and we had pizzas with the mozzerella. They came out really yummy.

I noticed Alexia's splint but we had to get Dav e off to work after the gospel mtg. So she hurt it but not broken? That's good, but it did sound like a bad day for you by yourself with all that!

The mozzarella and ricotta sounded interesting! I've never attempted to make either one.

The mozzarella and ricotta were simple to make?!! OK, I've never actually made mozzarella or ricotta so I don't know but I suspect our ideas of simple may not be the same. David and I once made a cheddarish type cheese and OK, I can see where not having to wrap it in cheese cloth and coat it in wax and cure it for three months (only to find out that it has taken on the taste of the onions in your fridge) would be somewhat simpler but even leaving out those steps... we concluded that cheese was a bargain at any price. However, you've tempted me to look up the process for mozzarella and ricotta.

Impressive, I must say. On two counts. Alexa trying to jump on Rody with a splint... and YOU making cheese! You are so crafty!
